OLIVIA O’BRIEN is the Gen Z 19-year old Los Angeles-based singer and songwriter who shot to fame after collaborating with DJ/rapper Gnash on the single “I Hate U, I Love U”.

She has already been tipped as one of “100 Women Revolutionizing Pop Music” by Paper magazine, and whose tunes have outperformed 1.5 billion global streams.
She has now released “Just Friends” — the newest track from a highly anticipated debut album “Was It Even Real?” due April 26th via Island Records.
“Just Friends” has uncomplicated production, aesthetic lyrics and a glorious melody (reminiscent of “Landslide” by Fleetwood Mac) yet is remarkable in its declaration of innermost feeling. It’s the follow-up to Olivia’s first schizophrenic single: “Love Myself” [shared below] and demonstrates, in finer definition perhaps, her breathy vocals.
