Take more than pinch of glam-booted Bowie glamour – add some Bolan Boogie and Slade Stomp (not to mention a good pinch of Mott & Mud) and you get somewhere near the sound of the The Moons new track – Heart and Soul.
‘Heart and Soul’ is released 31st March via Schnitzel Record and evokes the flamboyance of 70’s era glam rock. It is an ode to a scorned lover.
The Moons already have two critically acclaimed albums to date, ‘Life On Earth’ (2010) and ‘Fables of History’ 2012 – and they have performed live on the BBC for the Janice Long and Mark Lamarr shows and their incessant touring has seen them build a loyal fanbase with sell-out shows up and down the country including the 100 Club, London.
The eagerly anticipated new album, ‘Mindwaves’ will be released on 21st July on Schnitzel Records.
